Who We Are

My name is Casey Coughlin. I started EM3 Tactical because it seemed like the next logical step in my journey. I spent nearly 9 years working as a correctional officer and almost 5 years on PERT, the Prison Emergency Response Team. Basically, the prisons version of SWAT. I have mulled the creation of this business over and over in my head for the last few years getting a feel for and imagining the direction I wanted to take the company and values I wanted to represent. I landed firmly on traditional masculinity and femininity. I wanted to bring back the days when people acted like ladies and gentlemen. Our logo bears the phrase "Fortis in arduis".
